The service was perfect, it had a good in-house restaurant. The location was good and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hodolany.

Dirty, ugly hotel, no air condition in one word : total disaster !!! If you want to enjoy the stay in beautiful Olomouc, pay more and stay at another hotel...

Everything was perfect at this recently refurbished and modern hotel. The huge and neat room with great views. Convenient location to Santovka centre, good for visiting Olomouc. Delicious food in the in-house restaurant.

The rooms here are a good value for the price, spacious with lovely views, and the staff is friendly, providing complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

Very handy for the station and trams into the town. The staff seemed very helpful.

The hotel was a bit tired looking both inside and out, but I didn't mind to much as it was a very cheap rate.

Position by rail station make it a very convenient centre for touring. Food excellent and reasonable. Staff spoke either english or german.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty.

Due to convenience to the traiun station I have stayed here a number of times before. Standards have improved and rooms renovated. Clean and now have english speaking staff when in past had to get by in German

The prices have gone but still good value. Need to have early breakfast to get value as certain things run out and don't get replaced.

I greatly enjoyed the place, it was reasonably clean. the staff were professional. the location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from St Paul's Church.
